On the left we have a deck that is sagging, steps are wobbly and dangerous to walk on, the gate is drooping and difficult to open, some rails are rotting away and look ugly.
On the right you see a fully restored deck.
No more sagging, rotting wood replaced, and the steps are now solid, secure and safe to walk on again. The one piece gate was too heavy which caused it to sag. We split it into two halves. This made the gate lighter to reduce future drooping.
This once distressed deck was brought back to life and can last for well over a decade.
